  My friend rented in apartment thru albion housing commition was harrasted. Housing committion held on to paper work that you had to 7 days to reply on until after your date to comply then when you get the oaper work in the mail finally you try to comply they say your to late and oass the 7 day time period. My friend paid there rent on time every month and never had any trouble st her door was a quiet clean tentant and kept to there self. They scam you out of money that is owed to you and harrass you with unnessary paper work. DO NOT RENT FROM THESES PEOPLE they are A RIP OFF. There idea of fixing a leak in the kitchen is to place a boared under the sink. If you make a complaint it doesn't do any good cause nothing is done. My friend reported them to BBB for investcation. They scam low income families out of there money and then evict them without cause. God help who ever takes a chance in renting from them.
